3. Reservations & Online Orders

  • Reservations are processed through OpenTable; their terms also apply.
  • Online orders are final once confirmed; menu items and prices may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking.

4. Payments

All payments are processed via a PCI-compliant third-party gateway. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method submitted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right.
  • Introduce malware, scrape data, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • Post defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, and photos—is our property or used with permission. You may view, download, or print for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in any media. You waive any moral rights.
